North Texas Clean Energy Group (formerly known as North Texas Renewable Energy Group),
an education and advocacy 501c(3) non-profit, is building a new website, which is scheduled for launch this fall. Our resources, meetings and activities are free to the public.
The group's areas of interest have grown leading to its name change. These areas of interest include:
energy resilience
electrification of all home appliances to minimize burning of fuels
home batteries for storage of energy from renewable sources
electric vehicles and alternative transportation including their grid integration
grid integration of Distributed Energy Resources ("DERs")
grid integration of large scale renewable energy generation and Battery Energy Storage Systems ("BESS")
energy efficiency and energy conservation, both residential and commercial.
